Michael Kofman is a Performance Marketing Consultant and the founder of Process Mint, a boutique digital advertising practice focused on one thing: making paid media actually work.
For nearly two decades, Michael has helped businesses turn Google Ads, Local Services Ads, and Meta advertising into predictable, scalable growth engines. He works with clients who have real goals to hit—ROAS targets, cost-per-lead thresholds, and acquisition benchmarks—and aren’t interested in vanity metrics that look good in a report but don’t move the business forward.
Michael specializes in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LSAs, with deep experience in ecommerce, legal marketing, and home services. A large portion of his work involves fixing underperforming or “hopeless” ad accounts—campaigns that have stalled, burned budget, or plateaued after early momentum. The other half comes from companies that are already seeing traction and want to push their digital marketing to the next level with more discipline, structure, and scale.
He brings a blunt, numbers-first approach to paid media. Cost per lead, cost per acquisition, and return on ad spend matter. Impressions, clicks, and aesthetics matter far less. If it works, it works—and the numbers don’t lie.
Michael began his career at a top-100 ecommerce company, where he spent six years learning the mechanics of performance marketing at scale. Since founding Process Mint, he has helped hundreds of companies across a wide range of industries improve efficiency, unlock growth, and make smarter decisions with their advertising dollars.
